of the Make It Happen for Education Fundraiser!

You need to do 2 things in order for your student to participate in the Parents Night Out:

  1. Sign and return the permission form that your student brought home in their agenda. If you cannot find your copy, you can download and print it by clicking here. We must receive all permission forms by 11/12/19
  2. Complete Causby Karate's Waiver BEFORE you arrive to the school on Friday, 11/22/19. 
Please Note: The Parents Night Out is at OUR SCHOOL and will be held in both the cafeteria and the gym. It is NOT at Causby Karate's studio! When you see Mr. and Master Causby, please be sure to thank them for donating their time and talents with us. The students have so much fun with at this event! Thank you again for your support and helping to MAKE IT HAPPEN!
