You need to do 2 things in order for your student to participate in the Night with Causby Karate:

  1. Sign and return the permission form that your student brought home in their agenda. We must receive all permission forms by 11/27/23.
  2. Complete Causby Karate's Waiver by Monday, 11/27/23. 
Please Note: The Evening with Causby Karate is at OUR SCHOOL. It is NOT at Causby Karate's studio! When you see Mr. and Master Causby, please be sure to thank them for donating their time and talents with us. The students have so much fun with at this event! Thank you again for your support and helping to MAKE IT HAPPEN!
